Our Promise

If your windows lose their sparkle within 30 days of service due to weather, dust, or other natural causes, we’ll happily return to re-clean them at no additional charge.

How It Works

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your cleaning date.

  2. Provide your original invoice number and a brief description of the issue.

  3. We will schedule a re-clean of the specific windows at the earliest available time.

Refund Eligibility

  • If we are unable to resolve the issue after a re-clean, you are eligible for a full or partial refund based on the affected areas.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Limitations

  • Guarantee does not cover damage caused by construction debris, vandalism, or intentional acts.

  • Interior window cleaning is covered under the same 30-day guarantee, provided access is available.

  • Refunds and re-cleans apply only to services performed by Clarity Window Cleaning.
