Clarity Window Cleaning – Terms of Service

By booking a service with Clarity Window Cleaning (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer professional window cleaning for residential and commercial properties in Middle Tennessee. Additional services (e.g., screen cleaning, gutter cleaning) may be available upon request and are subject to separate pricing.

2. Scheduling & Access

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

  • The client is responsible for providing safe access to all windows to be cleaned.

  • For interior cleaning, the client must ensure that areas around windows are cleared of furniture, blinds, and personal belongings.

3. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved checks.

  • A late fee of 5% per week may be applied to overdue balances.

4. 30-Day Clean Guarantee

  • We guarantee your windows will remain clean for 30 days after service.

  • If they do not, due to weather, dust, or natural causes, we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

  • If we cannot resolve the issue after a re-clean, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund (see our Refund Policy).

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of $25.

  • In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we may reschedule at no cost to you.

6. Safety & Liability

  • We use safe and professional cleaning methods, including water-fed poles and pure water technology.

  • We are fully insured for property damage and injury.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to windows, frames, seals, or sills.

7. Limitations

Our guarantee and services do not cover:

  • Damage caused by construction debris, vandalism, or intentional acts.

  • Mineral or hard water stains that require specialized restoration (quoted separately).

  • Work on unsafe surfaces or areas inaccessible due to hazards.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
